If you decide to return any of our products during
the 15-day guarantee period after your initial purchase, you can
receive credit for all unused products, if they are properly packaged,
so they arrive in excellent condition. Any missing, damaged, or
used products cannot be credited. Please be sure to include your
order number. This will help us ensure you get the maximum credit
for your returned items. Bows we do not recognize cannot be credited.
In some cases, we reserve the right to refuse returns of any products
-- if they are returned due to "incompatibility", "wrong
products ordered" or other customer mistakes and ordering errors,
or if your items are returned after our 15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
has expired. If such returns are accepted, a 15% restocking fee

WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED? In a few cases, we may have
shipped you the wrong product by our mistake, different than the
actual items you ordered. If that has happened, please call us immediately
and directly to our number at 956-497-7458 so we can re-send your
ourder at our expense.
Shipping & Handling: House of Bows charges $6.95 in shipping
and handling to any state in the US. If you have questions concerning
international shipping, shipping rates will be quoted individually.
